2001 National Fire Services → Commercial Services Fire

2004 Acquired Facilitec ($19M Sales) from Ecolab

2005 Acquired Prism ($5M Sales) from Johnson Wax

2006 Facilitec divided among 4 regional VPs and one close friend, with national contracts retained

Grease Guard Rooftop Solutions (Facilitec-USA), partner-managed, still operating today

Created Averus (Central, East, West, Southeast, USA)

Continued national model in fire protection & grease exhaust cleaning

 

COVID Restructuring

2020 Merged Averus Southeast with Central & East

Sold Averus East & West- Sold Averus USA to Averus Central-

Sold my shares of Grease Guard to the managing partner

 

Current Focus

2024 Continuing ISM operations

2025 Relocated ISM to Arkansas as a manufacturing & distribution hub

2025 Created Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning School to to share my wealth of knowledge

in kitchen exhaust cleaning so that they can excel and propel this industry

forward for many future generations to come!
